We only count products with the status production (active product). These are the products that you have actually sold and that are live with your customers. This is determined by counting the highest number of active products measured at any time during the calendar month.

We charge nothing for users. Invite your whole team.

We charge nothing for tenants. Add as many customers as you like.

You do not need to think about giving a demo to close a deal. That is your sales tool and we do not want to charge you for that.

You will receive an invoice from us afterwards with the actual usage. After that, you can transfer this or use our direct debit 
(available only within the EU)

This means there is nothing to plan, predict, or upgrade. You never buy a bundle in advance and you are never billed for capacity you have not used. If you grew from 40 to 51 licenses last month, your invoice reflects exactly that, automatically.

There is no annual contract and no minimum term. Cancel whenever you want; your final bill covers the month you have used. We do charge for a full month and do not credit parts of months.

We would rather lose you happily than keep you dissatisfied. That is why there is a banner during the trial period. It indicates when the trial period expires. Do nothing? Then the trial period will end automatically. The banner also contains a button that allows you to indicate that you want to continue using the solution after the trial period.

Up to day 31: There is a banner with a button that allows you to indicate that you want a paid account.
After Day 30: Your account is "read-only". You can still see everything and take out a paid account.
14 days after day 30: We will delete your data. If you decide to do another trial, you can create a new account.

We will send you an email before each of these steps takes place.

You can simply continue to use the Overs8 License Manager. 
We bill in arrears and on the next invoice you will see the number used. We chose this convenience instead of blocking your workflow.
This is not the type of software where you can unknowingly add 1000 licenses. And if, due to a wrong import or third-party API call, there suddenly are a few thousand licenses, please do get in touch. Preferably before we send you the invoice. Then correcting it is a bit easier.
For that reason, demo, POC, and evaluation licenses always have an expiration date and cannot be set to renew automatically. They expire on their date and you are warned five days in advance so that a real evaluation is never unexpectedly cut off. Switching to production is a conscious step you take when a license sells or delivers.
Then you will not see that on the next invoice. After all, we bill in arrears and we measure the highest number that has ever existed in a month. The invoice following that will show a lower number. Billing in arrears means you are never stuck at a level you have outgrown in the other direction.
Because we bill in arrears, you will receive an invoice for the past month.
Go to your account, in company details you will see which products are all active for your organisation. There you can terminate it.
PLEASE NOTE! You will receive 1 more invoice for the month in which you cancelled. We bill in arrears.
No, it doesn't happen automatically. After all, we do not know if you have 800 active products today, and 700 active products next month.
